The original villa was built in the ’90s and was renovated in the summer of 2008 to become a guesthouse. Located only 200 m from the beach, in a 4000 sqm complex filled with flowers, palm trees, and other greenery.

It includes two 70 m2 apartments on the 1st floor and on the ground floor one 70 m2 apartment and one 60 m2 studio. Each apartment has two separate sleeping areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and can accommodate 4-6 persons. The studio has one spacious room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and can accommodate 2-4 persons.
